I keep getting the error "Error while submitting GeoAccount Key"
Check your data connection. Try making sure there is a good connection before the registration screen is opened.
I keep the getting the error "This username already exists"
Either this username really belongs to someone else, or you are not using the right username/password/email combination as you used before. If you have reset your device and are installing everything again and this error pops up, goto https://www.geoterrestrial.com/geoaccount/ from a desktop , sign-in, and click on "Unregister Mobile Device". Then try again from your device by getting a new key
It is giving an error even though I am using a key which worked before
You must get a new key every time you attempt registration after any kind of system change like device hard-reset or software reinstallation etc.
The darn thing just won't accept my key
If you are manually typing the key instead of copy-pasting it, remember that the only possible characters are 0-9 and a-f. There cannot be any lowercase L's(these are 1s), nor any alphabet O's(these are zeroes). Also, note that the key obtained when registering from a desktop browser will NOT work!

Head over to https://www.geoterrestrial.com/geoaccount/ from a desktop and click on "Forgot Password". You must know your username and email address.

We cannot help in this case. But the system allows you to create multiple usernames using the same email address, so just create a new account.
